01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and joker88, the operator of an online entertainment platform at joker88.vin. These terms govern all use of the joker88 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the joker88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

02Account Eligibility

03Account Registration & KYC Verification

Documents that may be required during the KYC process include:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement).

• A selfie with your identity document in certain cases.

Joker88 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals until the KYC process is fully completed. Information provided during KYC is processed in accordance with joker88's Privacy Policy.

04Deposits & Payment Methods

Joker88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a variety of secure and convenient local payment methods for Malaysian players. Supported deposit methods include:

The payment method used for deposits must be in the same name as the full name registered on the joker88 account. Joker88 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits sent via third parties will be returned and the account may be investigated.

Deposit processing is typically instant for eWallets and DuitNow, and between 1–5 minutes for bank transfers. joker88 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.

05Withdrawal of Wins

Withdrawal of winnings is processed by joker88 within 1–3 business days depending on the amount and account verification status. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed the full KYC verification process.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit (except in specific circumstances approved by joker88).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.

10Limitation of Liability
